Is it safe to have the same surgery twice?

I had a breast reduction about 4 years ago. Is it safe to have the same surgery again?

Yes. If the incision is made in the same place as the first incision there may be additional scar tissue to cut through. It's generally a good idea to avoid going under general anesthesia multiple times since each time it becomes riskier, but people have repeat surgeries all the time. ie C-section, knee replacements, etc.
