is laughter the best medicine?

i have a reserch parer work. and i really need to get some details about it. can somebody help me out?
Answer:
Laughter, it's said, is the best medicine. And there's lots of evidence that laughter does lots of good things for us.It reduces pain and allows us to tolerate discomfort. It reduces blood sugar levels, increasing glucose tolerance in diabetics and nondiabetics alike. It improves your job performance, especially if your work depends on creativity and solving complex problems. Its role in intimate relationships is vastly underestimated and it really is the glue of good marriages. It synchronizes the brains of speaker and listener so that they are emotionally attuned.
Laughter is awesome. It makes us feel better about our environment, ourselves, and each other. Laughing with someone about something in common means a shared interest. Not to mention, laughter is good for us. It is, in a way, exercise for the midsection.
o yea laughing is so good for you even if you just smile it sends a message to your brain that your happy even if your arent so keep laughing and smiling. lol GOOD LUCK!!
May be. And yes according to the Deen of the medical college in the movie munna bhai MBBS.
This is a hoot!!http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/04/0...Stress has been seen a hinderance to performance. We all have stress and with that comes physical reactions to stress. In the military we used laughter to reduce stress and improve performance. Implementing comedy into training to take a break from the stress of the physical and mentally demanding task. When I am in a good mood I treat people better, feel stronger and healthier, and perform well. I believe strongly that you are how you feel. So laugh it up! LOL
