Is melatonin bad for the blood pressure?

Melatonin is a chemical that helps you want to sleep.
Answer:
Can react with certain alpha and beta blockers. Can kill you if you overdose in combo with blood pressure meds and other prescription meds if you are not very careful. Also, buying over the counter foods (and that is what it is considered - as St John's Wort) aren't regulated by FDA.Your body provides seratonin and that is all you need without a real doctor prescribing for you.
i dont know but it helps me sleep lol
