Is it bad to mix antibiotics with tylenol?

i'm taking antibiotics for my infected wisdom tooth. Is it bad to mix it with tylenol? and how about antibiotics with alcohol??
Answer:
Tylenol is ok, i would check the directions of your meds about the alcohol.
It is okay to take Tylenol with antibiotics.
Do not mix alcohol with the antibiotics.
If you need to you can take motrin on the opposite 2 hours of Tylenol. Ex:Tylenol at 2,6,10
Motrin at 12,4,8
You can check your specific antibiotic with tylenol (should be ok) on this site http://www.drugdigest.org/dd/interaction...Don't recommend alcohol and antibiotic though!
Call your pharmacist to make sure. If your pharmacist is closed, call your local 24/7 pharmacist (try Walgreens or CVS) and tell them the combination. They'll give you a straight answer.
Tylenol has low drug interaction, check on the paper from your pharmacy, with majority of antibiotics it is fine, alcohol is not good to mix with antibiotics, it is alot of work on the liver.
tylenol is fine with anti-biotics , unless you have a allergic reaction to them. However please do realise that you are not allowed to take more then 8 tylenol in 24 hours , after that you risk organ damage.Alcohol with any anti-biotic is a no no, it may increase the effect of the alcohol, or worse, decrease the effect of the antibiotics, so for that few days you have to take them , please stay away from the grog.hope this helps :)
