Is it normal for women to have a late period?

from the 28-36 day range
Answer:
yes, its called pregnancy! im just kidding.it depends on the age range, it is not uncommon for younger girls to go longer without having a period.also, girls who are extremely athletic or work out excessively, tend to have more erratic periods due to the increased levels of androgen hormones (which are male hormones used to create and build muscle tissue)If you do not fit either of these scenarios, it is recommended you see a doctor, (or at least take a home pregnancy test)hope this helps.
yes, women all have different timelines for their cycles. some have early periods, some have late periods. 28-36 days is still considered normal as long as you have it regularly.
yes and why is a guy asking this question?
Oh yeah, especially if there stressed.
woow well umm if u have recently lost a lot of weight ur period probably stopped cuz u dont hve enough fat to hold a baby and to nurture it =]
It's fine anything under 40 days is fine as long as it's fairy regular, if it suddenly comes very late or very early that's reason for concern.
It depends on the woman if her period is like clock work and suddenly she is late...Since this question comes from a guy yes you should be worried.
stress usually delays a period, and so can oral pills.
stress may be in any form physical or mental.
there fore a strep infection may cause a delay, but usually it doesn't.a vasectomy is known to reform rarely so get yourself examined
yeah get examined
YES STRESS CAN CAUSE A PERIOD TO BE LATE AND ALSO THE FEAR OF BEING PREGANT CAN CAUSE A LATE PERIOD
