Is it common for someone who is on Cymbalta and Adderall?

to feel dry at work, like always thirsty and more anxious than usual? I had an upgrade to a 90 mg per day dose of Cymbalta and I've been a little more moody at times and people's ignorance still continues to rub me the wrong way. Why is that? Is taking these pills, when you do, will it take some time for your body to adjust? Im seeing my doctor in a few weeks?
Answer:
adderall is speed.. ampetamine.. so yes, dry mouth is common.. and the stress of taking speed(ritalin, cylert, adderall, dexedrine, dysoxyn) can definitely make someone anxious and irritable. i've seen many people get stressed out and fight with people because they are taking adderall or ritalin. for some people the stress is worse than others.
adderall makes u thirsty but not really moody each med has diff effects u should no that
My doctor put me on cymbalta. I felt way worse when I was on it. Like I could have hacked someone up with a chop axe. I was on edge, moody, and kept a headache pretty much all of the time. I can't remember being thirsty but I think maybe it was because my head hurt too bad. If I was you I would be sure to tell my doctor what was going on. As far as the body adjustment. It does take approximately 1 month for the pills to get into your system. I wish you good luck.
1. post it under Health2. do not be rude to people with polite answers, esp. since you know you are anxious.
I take Cymbalta with other meds (not including Adderall) and I noticed that when I added the Cymbalta I often woke up with a really dry mouth and sore throat.I have a central humidifier so I'm really careful about that. All other things notwithstanding, it seems like the things we have in common are Cymbalta and dryness.Could just be the Cymbalta.I **somewhat agree** with you about Heather. "u should know that" isn't exactly polite, since it amounts to a put-down of someone who asks an honest question about something. However, I've seen worse, and she may not even have meant anything insulting by it. Maybe it's just her writing style in Internet Forums. It's only a forum anyway. Take the answers you need, and forget about the ones that rub you the wrong way. There's really nothing else you can do.Say... any other side effects from the Cymbalta? Besides dry mouth, my libido seems to have gone south. Seriously, it happened when I started taking the Cymbalta. If you experience this too, it would be another sign that the Cymbalta is causing your problems. It's also listed as one possible side-effect.Big Al Mintaka
