is it easier to sleep with high blood pressure or low blood pressure? please give some evidence if possible.ty

guava helps lower your blood pressure. me and my classmates are actually having a study on guava as a sleep inducer.so we were thinking if is it easier to sleep with high blood pressure or low blood pressure. because if it is easier to sleep with low blood pressure then guava can be a potential sleep inducer.
you can check out this link:http://archie.lipsmusic.net/archives/200...
we are planning to get guava extract from its leaves but is getting it from the root better? what methods can we use?
any other info would mean a lot to our study. thanks
Answer:
Personally for me, when my blood pressure is high.its hard for me to sleep, anxiety keeps me up, and sleep is horible. but when my blood pressure is low, usually I feel better and get a better nights sleep.
Blood pressure has absolutely nothing to do with sleep, unless your blood pressure goes so low that you stop perfusing your brain. (In which case, you could suffer a stroke and die).I think you and your classmates should leave medical studies to real scientists. If you are "having a study", you will, of course, need to present your study to an institutional review board before using any human subjects, and will design a randomized, controlled, double-blinded study (otherwise, the results will be worthless).
