Is it ileagal??

Is it legal to give someone Advil or Tylonal??
Answer:
it depends on the circumstances. if they ask for it, then yes. if you work at a school or company, you had better have a degree in medicine before offering it to anyone, for safety and insurance reasons.
Advil and Tylenol are both over the counter meds so it would not be illegal for you to give them to anyone who asks. Prescription medecines are a different story.
No. These are over-the-counter, not prescription, drugs. It could be illegal to sell them to persons, or to represent yourself as some kind of "healer."
The person to be getting the medication has to know exactly what he's getting.
Over the counter drugs are okay to give out, unless you give to a minor (without parental premission).
no ,you can give to someone who asks,!
yes you can not Put a bottle of them crushed up into the cookie batter!
YES ,YOU CAN NOT GIVE AN INFANT or someone who can sufer harm, you could be liable!
use your head!
It's legal if the person is not hospitalized and has asked for it and in regular over the the counter doses. Of course you must determine if the person is stable and cognitive. I would always make sure that they have taken the medication before and has had no allergic reactions to it. If you are a student I would let the nurse take care of giving them the medication. Even legal drugs have stipulation in certain circumstances.
no it is not, unless you work in a school enviorment and a student asks, then yes. Teachers or staff are not allowed to supply or give children still enrolled in the school any drugs of any type, unless prescribed by doctor or school nurse.
