is it legal to give a 5 chapter micro-biology test,?

and if so are they designed to make me into a history major?
Answer:
Of course 'it's legal'. Get off the Internet and start STUDYING!
Yes it's legal. It's called a final!
As a Biology major in college, I have determined that it is legal for this exam. It is unjust, but I have had professors that don't care about the students or their progress. All they are worried about is their money. There were 145 students that entered the program the same semester that I did and there are only 9 left. They are trying to weed out students that are not professional grade or strong willed enough to succeed in the medical fields. Study hard and don't give up!
Actually, it is quite sinful. Professors are devils in disguise. Only 5 chapters?? I once had a test with 11 chapters on it . . . in astronomy. Get used to it! This kind of prepares you for your comprehensive exams at the end that test you on four years of college!! YIKES@@@@@ Truck driving sounding pretty good by now, huh!?!
No state legislature or municiple authority decide how much leisure time you deserve while you are waiting for a diploma. You seem to think that a diploma is certificate that proves you hung out at the school for a while. An employer wants to see that you have demonstrated the ability to engage in and sustain hard work. Learning five chapters from a science textbook is a challenge. Can you do it? Can you sustain the effort? Would you include this exchange on Yahoo.com in your resume someday? If not, then use the experience to learn something about yourself. Successful people are people who knuckle down, postpone gratification and get it done even if it is quite unpleasent. Please note: It is not the microbiology that is unpleasent. It is missing the leisure time that you resent.
