is camel's milk good for height?has it got any disadvantages?

Answer:
It is doubtful that it will make you grow taller than if you had an otherwise nutritious diet. Camel milk is achieving some popularity these days. However, the milk in the stores may be from commercially fed camels, rather than camels that have been eating the wild scrub that is more often found in their natural surroundings. As such, the touted health promoting substances might not be in the milk from commercially fed camels.FAO has an authoritative publication on camel milk.

see esp. ch.IV on camel milk products.A BBC article notes it is saltier and contains 10X the iron of regular cow milk.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/493009...Definitely get pasteurized milk. Handling milk requires a high level of sanitation, refrigeration, and recordkeeping. This requires some investment in equipment and training. Oasis Camel Dairy is well aware of this and has chosen to sell camel milk soap, rather than camel milk. You might want to visit them if you're in the San Diego area.
